Also: A strict "no-googling" rule of the actual goes without saying...
Much like the Guess The Movie thread the current host could give hints about the movie like year of release, actors' names, director, etc. and these could be googled to track down the quote but not the actual quote itself?
Not trying to hijack the thread or enforce my own rules, but perhaps these suggestions might help the game run smoothly I hope.
Yeah all good suggestions, and like the Guess the Movie thread, if one quote doesn't spark people's memories the current host can post further quotes.
Also yes, if people are absolutely certain they've got it right, they can just go ahead and post a new quote.

It's quite a famous line even though it's just one word, partly because if you look carefully Ash isn't even moving his mouth when he says it. The line was dubbed in later because Sam Raimi thought the transition to the workshed was too sudden and the audience wouldn't know where they were. He was probably right.
So, when they show this movie with all the audience participation like Rocky Horror, this is a moment when the audience says something snarky.

Well, we do have emus which are similar enough, and we have emu farms, so if the character was not Australian they might call them ostriches by mistake.
The movie is set in California. The ostriches never make an appearance.

And OMG...I only just noticed that dayowlron mentioned Kurt Russell in his post above! That's uncanny that you had the image of the actor saying the line correct without the context of knowing the movie exactly.
Also: TOTALLY AGREE about Big Trouble being an awesome movie. Pity it bombed like most of John Carpenter's films did (and pretty much anything with Kurt Russell did), but also not a pity in a way because it meant that John Carpenter never went A-List which would have totally spoiled his style IMO. And we wouldn't have all the cult classics we have today.

I watched it for the first time only a few months ago... Well, actually... I got all the way through it for the first time only a few months ago...
And The Cowboy's scene is very memorable. Lynch does love his otherworldly characters who talk in a slightly off way just enough to make us feel they might not be exactly human and/or might have access to knowledge beyond normal humans. And I love that too. He should have been the one to make the movie of The Mothman Prophesies now that I think of it.
His daughter is no slouch either at making films too. Her movie Surveillance is a great suspense piece even if you could see dad's hand guiding hers quite a bit. In a way it's a fairly unknown "David Lynch" film or at least the closest Lynchesque film ever made.

Yes! One of my favourite scenes from him is the absolutely
terrifying conversation with the Mystery Man in Lost Highway. The way he takes the camera and turns the scene from a lighthearted party to one of the most unsettling scenes ever in the history of cinema simply by zooming into the characters' faces and lowering the volume of the music and ambient sounds still gives me goosebumps every single time:
