I've noticed that one of my games is not show when search by author.
I searched: slasher and The Gourmet does not show up on list and page 2 goes to other games..
Though it does by search game Name.

In fact it is not the only game of mine not to show
slasher
Maybe it has to do with in the game page you are "slasher" but you typed "Slasher" as game author?
There's a warning about you needing to use your original registered nickname when you create a new DB entry and not your current nickname.
It does not seem to make any difference.
The game still shows up on my profile of games...
Perhaps MOD will look into it for me..
The search pages are quite broken at the moment. Your problem was caused by incorrect pagination. Search is fixed in a version of the site that'll be released in the nearish future, but for the time being I've put in a workaround that should make all of a user's games visible.
