Title: The Wicked Witch of the West

Really nice game! I'm stuck near the end.

I got the bucket of water, with a rope tied to it.

It's a bit unclear but I believe a hint has been added to a newer version:

You need to read the book on the table to learn how to make a chair from the tin man

This tripped me up too. There are a few things to try....

Read (look/interact) the book on the table, make sure to talk about everything with Dorothy, look and interact with the tin man.

I've broken out Dhoroty and fed the lion as well as made the pliers functional again, but now I can't find any bucket to store the water in.
