Don't care about the drink yet.

If you got past the warden and get stuck, then you should talk to the patients. Talk until they repeat themselves (all of them). Do you have the lithium? You will find it in the treatment room in the cabinet where you were bound in the bed.

Again, sneak past the warden who is reading, then save the game. Select the lithium in the inventory (makes your life easier), go back to the warden and quickly to the window and pour the lithium in the coffee. The warden will send you back. A cut scene will follow. After that, go past the warden (he is sleeping now) and enter the first door to the right. Search the warden.
Now go and find mitchells office. There you will find a bottle of bourbon, but also other things.

The two guys want alcohol, not coffee. You will have a chance later on. First, you have to get pass the warden that is reading.

Coffe: Put the lithium in the coffee, the guard will pass out. Then you can enter his office (first door to the right in the corridor just south of the guard). Leave the coffee where it is.

go quickly to the left of the soda machine and hide there. When the guard reads his book, go south to the next screen. You must try several times. It is not that difficult.

Later on in the game you must knock out the guard. You will enter from the south, go up quickly and do something at the counter. This might take several tries again.

You cannot get any soda, and the two guys want something stronger.

Excellent story and good backgrounds and music.

Unfortunately, the inventory didn't work when I got the lamp (see previous post about this problem). Now I'm stuck.

You are talking of the puzzle in the cavern below the ruins?
Examine the wall. Maybe you now know what you are supposed to do

Talk to yor comrades. They tell you what this machine is for.

If you are still stuck

The pipe on the top left must be connected to the two pipes on the lower end. Use the colored buttons to move the rocks. Use the first button to select a rock. It is barely visible, but if you have a good look, you can see that one of the rocks gets a darker shade than the others. You can move this rock by pushing the other four buttons.

perhaps you gave something of value to the alien in exchange of an umbrella? Give a silver coin, so you will lose only 1 point. If you do this right, the sign in front of the castle will vanish and you have access to another area. You have a chance to get another silver coin.

Set the volume of your speakers to maximum.

Turn the lock and listen. Remember: On some locks, you have to turn the knob clockwise or counterclockwise twice the first time and then turn it in the opposite direction.

The combination changes everytime you restart the game.

The blind monk will deal with the oni, but you most protect him. Do you have the scroll? You must copy (write it down) somewhere. On something in the graveyard. Then you will go and protect the shrine.

I finished it, probably with the best ending.

Tried the x-ray vision not for long enough and got stuck. Your hint helped me a lot.
Finally met Fenelda. Last screen ist the one with all the ladies.

I finished slug princess with best score but

When I speak with Fenelda, I can only accept her offer. If I say "this is not the last of it", nothing happens. Inventory items do not work on her. When I read the magazine, she greets me again, then same dialog. IfI accept, the game restarts, but everything is in place already.

The new version with working x-ray vision is cool! Thanks, wretched. A cool game, I really enjoy it and worked through most of the game.

Slug princess

I gave ten treasures (the gem and nine other treaseures), found the dark prince and replayed the game.  I still have not enough treasures to wake the little prince. I need 2000 credits, but I get only 1960.

hotel

I have the doll, but I can't start the vacuum cleaner.

eastereggs

I saw the text about the glint in the bin several times but I don't find that pixel. Also, I couldn't undress (or x-ray) the hitch hiker.

Go through the gate right of the starting screen. I don't speak of the doors, but of the big gate. You will find a "radioactive" area. Some dirt and manure. Drop the dead chickens there.

This x-ray vision is not good, neither for my computer mouse, nor for my arthritis. I finally could see some shadows on the ink blot. Of course, I can't read them. Other items with fabrics: The eye cursor becomes bigger, my joints hurt, but that's it.

Apart from x-ray vision, a nice game. I would like to play through the whole game...

Julie, it took me some time until I succeeded

hammer on the egg as quickly as possible and without interruption for a minute or two. Take care not to destroy your computer mouse.

After you have opened the egg, your patience will again be tested. Took me also a while, even though it is obvious what should be done, in principle.

Let the grass grow :-)
