Well, I have notice that there is: Game.CharacterCount, Room.ObjectCount, Game.MouseCursorCount, Game.InventoryItemCount, Game.GUICount, Game.FontCount, Game.DialogCount, Game.AudioClipCount but nothing regarding: Room.HotspotCount or Room.RegionCount. Because I would like to do something like this so far.

That's because AGS does not count them. There is no way to add hotspot or remove hotspot, all areas (hotspots, regions and walkable areas) are always created in every room.

There is always 50 hotspots, 15 walkable areas and 16 regions.
