Internet problems....

Okay, I have these crappy probs with my internet.
I get redirected to a different start page than I set in my propertys...It goes to this page called "search.com" and no matter how many times i reset my homepage, it still goes there....

And sometimes when I type in a url, it changes to some other site. for example:
http://msn.com becomes http://ehttp/msn.com and it goes to some godamn search page....

I've ran virus checks and ad removal proggys and it helps but this search.com site just won't go away. Kinda like friggin orbit explorer

Is it the porn search engine? I know somebody that has that. It messed with his proxys or soemthing and he cant go anywhere but there. I'm think theres a patch for it, but I'm not sure where to get it. I'll ask my dad when I see him.

you could always change browser.

Go to Tools -> Browser pages

Delete every entry that has something to do with search.com

I didn't read all the way through this ... but I searched for it (and found it) because I remembered seeing something about this on Tech TV's show "Call For Help" a few weeks back.

A caller called in and said that his home page (no matter what he did) kept going somewhere else.
