though, the setup file diddent work viktor, but the exe file worked.. Its a great game , i love your grapich, though theres some bugs I noticed, the GUI, if you press on walk to or the others you only get interact. you cant open this door, and the player walks on the door to:

I really want to help you viktor, so if you want some help just put the ags files needed to edit the gameÃ,  (not the art stuff!!) on the server, metalprovider and ill help you as much as I can.. I dont know if the GUI is ment to be like that put I see no point in having all the options when there is only one to use!

Yeah sure it is but the game is more than 6 Mb (becouse of the music). Don't worry. The game will be ready to download soon. Maybe already tomorow, sunday at latest. So please be patient. I'll try to upload it to the net over my schools server. There is no limit on file size there, but I have to sort it out with my profesor first,

there is nothing I can do with the servers.. metalprovider.com doesnt support "High class" download,,, if you download to much they dont let you acess the site anymore, and home.no doesnt seem to support all countries.. srry.. I leave it up to you viktor..

Hiya Viktor.

Okay, don't take any of my comments as a "bashing" of your KingofRock game, I just want to offer some of my honest comments of my experience with your game, try to take it as constructive critisism...

Anyways, about your game, I only played it a few minutes and it has some big problems you should consider fixing.

I finally managed to connect and get a download of your zipped game from the home.no link provided (very slow of a download I may add, even though I'm using high-speed connection), anyways regardless.. The first thing of course (after scanning for and making sure was clean of any virus) was to try and run the winsetup file. The very first thing I get is "Error. Can not find blank.exe. Make sure the file is in the same directory.".. ok, so right off I got errors. So anyways, I take a chance and run the Kingofrock.exe
   I get your introduction screen okay with the music playing, and in which after about 10 seconds or so of the introduction screen not doing anything, and attempting to bypass with mouse clicks and key pressing, it finally responds untill I get to the start-up screen. Okay, so I get a new game running. Looks promising so far, nice character and graphics from what I can see.. Okay, so I'm in a room with a big poster, a big closet, and a computer on a table.  I try various interactions with the closet and computer with no response of any kind. Appears the only thing I could really do was to look at the poster. Okay, cool. So, I walk out of the room, and there's "Joey"? sitting on a sofa watching tv. So, of course, one of the first things I try is to Talk to Joey.. and guess what.. Game crash! It looks like it appears to open or run a dialog.. but, the game just locks up, with no other way for me to exit other than the old "Ctrl, Alt, Delete" combo.
   Also, during the whole time of playing, there was no GUI's I could see to intereact with for either save/load/quit options, and also, the somewhat noisy repetative music you had playing, there was no option to either turn down the volume or turn- it off.
    So, Viktor, though your game looks like it may have some potential, it appears you need to fix some problems first before it's even playable.

Secont. Did you try right clicking on the intro screen and then left click. I know I know I should have told you earlier.

Hi, Viktor. For a first game, it's great! Besides some bugs noticed by Barbarian, pls pay attention to spelling ones: prodictions (maybe this one is intended?), envalope, etc.

the envelope he must be at a very certain place, otherwise he won't get it.
And when he walks to the left of the room, near the box, it seems he's climbing the wall...  it shows hotspot 8 instead of bookcase door or else; after using the envelope with maibox, the envelope is still in the inventory; can't reenter home; just interact with everything is working: choosing look, etc., no way: even walking is showed by interact with... the floor?!

thanks for that notice.  Sorry about the spelling. I'm gona try and get someone that will corect that for me becouse I suck in spelling.  I'm gona try tio fix that with the box to. And if anyone has any more information don't hasitate to tell me...

Ok. The updated game is finished but I have alittle problem. My computer crashed and deleted all teh filles in my AGS folder (and some other) But  thank god I saved the zip file in to another folder. Only a few goofs remain. The goof with the interact comand and the  speling mistakes. Sorry but I cant fix the goofs anymore.

Oh and the winsetup.exe also can't be lounched.

srry, my fault, the GUI works, but you should fix it so it doesnt say that you use interact all the time..and I found out how to get back inside, I had to use the USE function, not open.. But theres one more thing, when I try to talk to some of the guys the player goes to the player I is gonna talk to and then nothing happens and tha game doesnt work anymore.

Diddent you try the alt+F4 first?? I think thats better, (most because my computer use to crash when I use Ctrl+ Alt+ Delete ..)

Do you have the rope. If you don't you can't open the tool box and use the stump in any way. P.S The rope is rather dificult to find,. Aspecialy becouse the item name is not displayed when you go over it with the cursor. But I think that it's obvious where to get it.

Just downloaded and gave it a whirl.

The graphics and presentation are excellent.     However, this game has more bugs than a roach motel factory.  The story seems fun, but the game is virtually unplayable because of the GUI issues.  No matter what verb I choose, the text box always says "interact."

A shame that you lost your data files, as this game could use a lot of fine-tuning.  You might want to beta test your next game.

That I will. And don't worry. The next game is already in production and the GUIs were totaly changed. I sorta modified the MI coin and inventory(that explains the cursor that looks like an X). Here is what they will look like.
