The cat is by the old lady's house....first talk to her - but how to get some of it's hair ?

Solution;

Find the white cat outside the old lady's house by the fence. You will need to talk to the old lady first though so she tells you she's having trouble with the cat.......then when you see it use the dog to scare it away and it will leave some hair.
