Great game, best I have played in a long time,  but I was really stuck so I decided to try the walkthrough. I couldn't open it because I don't have "Word" so I put it on a floppy and took it to another computer, opened it and saved it in "Wordpad". So anybody that is having this problem email me and I will gladly send it to you.

alkis -okay I am definitely jinxed, three times I have tried sending you my saved game and they keep getting returned to me sending my email to alkis26@hotmail.com was undeliverable. I double checked who I had sent it to and it was definitely not alkis26@hotmail.com I also  tried by clicking on the email link in your post but it keeps getting returned. There must be little gremlins that are determined for me not to finish this great game. Maybe you could send me a saved game from the part I was at back at mansion trying to program marble. I don't drink but I think maybe I need a stiff drink to help with this frustration. lol

help how i i pass the gatE?

This has already been answered but look at the gate closely. Some bars are different/apart.  Then touch them you will get a message (I think), then look for something in your inventory that will help you.  (small container

Wow, I must be doing something wrong because I clicked on every vertical bar on the gate to the mansion and she keeps saying: the gate is locked. Sorry, I don't meant o be a lolo...

Try zipping the file first, maybe your account does not send it as it is.
Although it sounds like your e-mail account is in trouble. Perhaps you should try creating a new free account in Hotmail or Yahoo?

need more specific help with deciphering, please!

-You have an encrypted message, a key word (or number?) and three deciphering methods.
-If you try the first method with the number '7' as key number, the message doesn't make any sense.
-If you read the second method, you will find that you do not have enough info to solve the puzzle.
-The third method is the correct one. Write the message on a piece of paper as shown in the example, with the key word underneath, and try matching the letters by looking at the Vingenere table. Let me help you by saying that the first two letters are 'MY', so if you get these right you'll know you're on the right track.

Well so far so good, I tried the second email address. The first one was the one I had tried over and over again. It has been nearly two hours from I have sent it so hopefully you will get it this time. I'm not sure whats going on but I know for sure its not problem with my email because I sent the file to a friend of mine and she got it okay so I asked her to forward it on to you which she did and it was returned to her as well. If for some reason it does come back to me this time I have come up with a solution, a friend is going to set me up a web page and I will put the file on there. I hope after all this it is not something really stupid I am not doing in the game because I am going to feel like a real idiot and I'll never show my face on here again lol.

A hint would be greatly appreciated:

I'm at the pyramid in the Red Sea where you have to select 12 of the 50 symbols. I looked at the inscription in the tree saying that only those in their prime would pass (or similar). So I figured it was a reference to prime numbers - of which there are 12 between 7 and 50. But it doesn't seem to work. Any further clues?

In chapter 7 I cannot get past the force field.  I cannot get the spell retraf to work.  Can anyone help.

After you cast the spell retraf, did you look in your inventory and see if you got something new?? you have to use that also.......

I'm stuck in chapter 7. I have the axe, but I have no clue on where to find the other tool. It says in the walkthrough to find Al + the spider, but i have no clue where they are.
