please help me any1 ive got into the room with the cup but i can't get either the diamond or the cup out i have the pen knife the iron railing the ball top bit and the camera what am i missing?

The fact that there is a little lock around the diamond case.

Not sure why cutting the glass doesn't sound off the alarm. Oh well minor quible.
