hi another thing i dont understand(shame shame)
the sprite-shop:
i want to add my own person(kinda rpg style) but when i add it, it makes the person in 2 halfs 1:the head 2:the body

how can i change it or isnt this bad ?

You mean when you import them into AGS?
On the sprite import window, try the "Grab Entire Image" button.

but i had some pcs with diferent people in it

If you right-click, you can change the size of the selection to import larger (or smaller, if you want) parts of the image, without having to grab the whole thing.
