we are proud to show the first few screenshots of our game called "Noah" wich will be finished about in winter 2006, (hope so)...

the story is about a boy who need to rescue the wife from the watergod who is trapped in a giant fish...(trapped is the wrong word for it.. she was cursed to be the giant fish) <---- the very short  version, there is much more story in there...
the whole story played only at one day (but sure you will need much more time to finish the game)
its kind of a fantasy game. and it will come up with about 15 minutes of fantastic fmv-sequences wich are intro, cutscenes, ending & alternate ending, all rendered in high-quality dvd-resolution... (all characters and environtments  are modeled and animated in 3dsmax, compositing from the renderings in combustion)

more informations will come.....stay tuned ;-)

greetings,

The Tween Module now supports AGS 3.6.0!

PsychicHeart

i hope so. not to point the finger, but making a non-AGS game and posting the In production in the AGS Forums is traitorus. w8, is that even a word. arrgh to hell with it. good game anyway.
Formerly known as Flukeblake, Flukezy etc.

of course made with ags (version 2.61 then updated to 2.62)
and it will be not an first person adventure...the characters are not finished at all...

You will let us wait us for long?
Well, I always think when a game gets announced that I can play it in two years....

Spectacular screens, really, it has the graphics quality of commercial adventures.
Only hope that the gameplay can hold up with it!

Well, I trust you  ;)

Are these actually 'in-game' shots?  Or are they photoshops of what the game will look like?

What's the status of the game?  You have no characters yet?  How far along are the backgrounds, the scripting, the puzzles, the music?

I updated your first post to actually show the screenies rather than just links to them.

The graphics look very nice.  The depth of field on the middle one makes it look ... miniature? ... but sweet looking none-the-less.

Generally I'm not a huge fan of dominating GUIs like that, but at 800x600 resolution it's okay 'cause there's still plenty of screen real estate left over.

Looks like the game might be first-person (hence the no characters)?

Very nice looking! Are the backgrounds pure 3D rendered, or do you touch them up in 2D as well? I ask because parts of your third background look rendered, while other parts look painted.

Those backgrounds are stunning. What did you use to make them, if I may ask...?
