Topic: Sound on unfreez

I use unfreeze animator but i dont know how to put sound on it if there are any programs to make sound animations or make sound on unfreez please tell me preferably free

unFREEz is a GIF animator program. It makes GIF files, which are basically picture files. You can't have sound in a picture file. What you want is probably something in the vein of Windows Movie Maker, which, btw, can take GIF files made with unfreez (or anything else), and add sound to it.

For sound and animation together, use Flash.
As babar said, GIF animators don't allow sounds.
