I feel like this could have been a good game. I know it would have been better without all the bugs and spelling mistakes, but what else could have been better. I'm looking more for the dialog puzzles and plot. Thanks.

Shouldn't this be in the game's topic?  ???

The CL is for posting a sample of your work and getting help, not for general comments on a game.  I'm moving this to adventure talk.

Sorry. I thought a game was considered a sample of my work and I wanted some critic on it.

To be fair, he wrote the game - perhaps the Completed Games forum is best?

FWIW I've downloaded the game but haven't had the time to play it yet.

Perhaps according to you all you should post in every part of this forum?

Asking for critique on a game after the fact isn't really a CL topic, what you really want is a review at that point.  I didn't want to dig up the completed games thread, but m0ds can merge it if he doesn't like the post being here.  Please try to word your posts better in the future, okay ;) ?

No favouritism or anything but on this occasion it can stay, I would suggest updating your completed games thread but then that could get messy & moderatory & SSH will not think this place is the same ;) I like your game though! I think you should go for a re-release and iron out all the bugs. I'm sure there are plenty of willing beta-testers. To be honest, with the bugs ironed, it would've been perfectly playable. The art was really fun & the writing was pretty good. The mechanics were a little odd in places and the strange bugs, even in dialog trees, were just too much. I liked the plot, it was fun. Don't rely on too many dialog puzzles though, it just doesn't seem like it should be that type of adventure!!

Anyway i hope you re-release. It has potential :)

Thanks. I think I will just post it on the games in production forum in a bit and people can put ways it could be improved on there.
