Well my biggest critique would be this "emo/goth" grouping you seem to be doing. Although granted, most "emos" are somewhat posers in that they often adopt characteristics from other groups, I really feel pretty strongly that the two groups are still separate and distinct from one another.
That said, I agree mostly with the shading and whatnot found in Ben's left-hand edit. Though I think that Ryan is correct that perhaps something could stand to be done about those...erm...feet.
I'm not sure what exactly this is supposed to be here, but it seems to me he's standing in just socks. I say this because the contours of the feet seem closer to that of actual
feet than more rigid shoes; but then they do seem out of proportion in that respect.
Other than that I'd say, "yes".
