Missing .agf file
« on: 17 Nov 2008, 00:32 »
I was working on my game and when I selected the image to use for a button, Ags Crashed. I started it back up but the Game.agf file is now missing. Is there anything I can do, or will I have to start back over? Thanks.

Don't know what caused it, but I do know that you can rename (I'd make a copy of it first) Game.agf.bak and remove '.bak'

Can you post the error message you got when it crashed? Unless you were trying to save the game at the time, it shouldn't have been accessing the Game.agf file so it doesn't make sense that it has disappeared.

As Trent says, there should be a backup file that you can rename.
