Help me pick a stage-moniker! :P
« on: 01 Apr 2009, 06:00 »
So my band has started recording stuff and has played a couple gigs, nothing too big, and we've been mucking around with names, and we've basically come to the agreement of having a "Person and the People" type name, ala Echo And The Bunnymen, Pearl And The Puppets, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds. I've been screwing around with ideas for a while and I think I'd like the first Person to be one word, and I'm utterly and completely unsure as to the 'and the People' part. I'd like the Person to be something rather, erm, 'cool'. Ancient Viking names accepted. If anyone has any ideas, chuck em this way.
Cheers,
-Blake.

Let's be honest. Most people suck at coding. I suck at coding, but at least my code is readable. To Hell with anyone too lazy to maintain consistent formatting in their code. I could deal with bad interfaces and structure if I could even read your horrible code. And that's putting it nicely. -monkey

I had a friend in highschool who's band name was "Brutus and the Angry Senators." I think if the Person and the People match then people are more likely to remember it. Or if the names are contrasting. Though their music isn't that great, Echo and the Bunnymen have an awesome band name.

One of my bands was called Chesney Christ And The Negative Nancies and I've always liked the idea of the name Billy And The Boggle Bags after an adventure game I got from the Library when I was a kid
