When the old lady dies from her seizure (how do I give her her pills!) dude gets in a loop saying "I'm not sticking around!" and then he starts walking towards the lady's bathroom and then back to the front door, says his line again, rinse, repeat, crash.

Played it a couple of times and ended up with 950$ which apparently is still not the best outcome...

Really nice concept, though. For once a huge tree of dialogue options didn't seem tiresome and lengthy to me...

Great little game. Had a lot of fun with it. The most money I made so far was 1050$, but I still haven't managed to trigger the good ending to the date with the young woman. Though...

Can you describe exactly what it is you did to lead up to that?  I've tried recreating the errors and I don't get any in the old lady's room.

If I remember (I've played several times since), I shagged the grandma, she had the seizure,put on clothes, rang the phone and then went into the bedside cabinet, she died and then when he decided he wasnt sticking around, that error came up. I'll try to repeat it myself. It's possible my machine is temporamental with ags games, as I've come across bugs with other games that I ohly seem to have before.

Oh, I also selected "ambulance would be fine". It seems to loop the text "oh shit" "....Im not getting caught" (paraphrasing) twice before erroring.

^ Just tried that myself and it crashes for me too. It didn't crash for me at any point for me while I was playing it normally though.

Very nice game, haven't figured out how to get the good ending.

Yeah, if you do this exact sequence: sleep with old lady, put on clothes, call phone, ask for an ambulance, and then go to check her bedside cabinet it loops the "oh shit..." text/walking animation twice, and then crashes with the error message that Stee posted.

Other than that, a fun game!

Edit: It will also do this if you say no to the ambulance too.  If you go to the cabinet and then put on clothes and she dies, this error doesn't occur.

The closet bug has now been fixed, so if you downloaded the game yesterday, re-download and you should be able to ... with no problems.

I'm looking forward to playing this game, but one suggestion use versionnumbers on the zipfile/game, so this one should be v1.1 and the next v1.2.. this makes it easier for people to see if they have the latest version or not.. you aren't the only one who makes that 'mistake'..
