I looked over this image several times and I haven't a clue where you see Guybrush Threepwood, Rincewood. Unless you're talking about that dancing guy at the top of the image, but I he doesn't look like Guybrush to me. I see LeChuck though.

You shouldn't go by that logic, cause it's a dead end - Calavera never cut grass, Alice never had dinner with Pyramid head etc. Guybrush wearing a tutu is not so different from other stuff drawn on that pic.

Like Arjon said, I figured it was his sword, not a tail, and I assumed the tutu was a reference to him wearing a dress for the costume party in MI2...
But you could be right, it was just a guess.
