I very much prefer "There Is No Spoon" to names such as Gastronomy Games. I never thought that company names needed to actually have the product in its name. Blizzard, Sierra, and many other great game companies don't have names that have any immediate connection to games. Granted, those were established names, so you might need to start with a "There Is No Spoon Entertainment", or "TINS Entertainment" as Darth suggested, beneath your logo. As you establish your brand you could surreptiously remove that and just be known as TINS.
There Is No Spoon is catchy, and if your games are in the same line as The Matrix then I don't see the problem.
You could even have a catchphrase like "Serving delicious games since 2000!"
One thing though: if your games are Matrix-like, then you might want to consider changing the font. Right now it looks quite whimsical, and doesn't bring to mind science fiction or whatever that genre is.
