I like the animation very much (including the hair)!
It is suitable for a spirited girl like the one, you told about and showed us.

There is only one little point, I don't understand
or better - which doesn't really fit (in my personal opinion)
and since this is the critics-lounge, I may be allowed to tell about do follow.  ;D
Even if they are too big to do so at the same time, but they will do
and only to make this note a bit sweeter clear ...
like here

So therefor it seems to me, there are some forgotten pixels at this part of the gif, because there is no movement.  ::)

But they do jiggle a bit, look at it more closely...not that I am against extra jiggling.  ;D

The thing that kind of nags me, even though it's a good walk cycle, can you really walk like that in high heels? She seems to be walking on her heels instead of on her toes...I could be wrong, I never wore women' shoes with heels. But this might be corrected if it's an NPC, if she's the player chracter then it's better to stay like this so she can walk (as in move around the screen) at normal speed.
The impossible often has a kind of integrity which the merely improbable lacks.

Hey Technocrat - just thought I'd offer a little input on your animation - your kinetics on her breasts are a little off. They are more liquid, and behave more like a water balloon than a balloon filled with air. At the moment the way you have her, her breasts sort of float. What you want is more of a dramatic transition as gravity continues to pull down when she begins her upstep. I've edited basically only the breasts in this, but hope that it helps (I've gotten way too much practice animating boobies while working on KI).

Hopefully this helps.

I'd ditch the bouncing boobies entirely. She's walking, not jogging, so even with bigger breasts, there's hardly any movement at all.
The problem with the original walk-cycle was that the leftmost column of boob pixels wasn't moving at all.

Oh,, I did! Very intensive -  to find the "strange point".  ;)
And most of the time, when switching between the images you will find the move of the body, without this part.
And while watching the animation, this gives the impression I told about (Well, I tried to do so).

, please no!
This jiggeling is animated fine, but it's much too strong for this young girl (for not to say it's not needed).

What have I done - I shouldn't have mentioned it -

Edit:
I didn't want to, but I have to  ...
so here is, what I think whould be better for this lady
(who is young, has a not too big size and is wearing a bra):

No jiggeling and simply moving together with the body.

Tabata is right. Her jiggling around looks really unnatural, like she's stuffed something in her bra, or she has a dong on her chest. Well, I apologize. That's disgusting, but still, it looks really unnatural for someone with that build to have any jiggle.

Devise the puzzles. Destroy the hero. Defeat the player.

Since the art style is particularly caricaturized and Technocrat obviously wants to draw attention to his prostitute character's breasts, I think that the jiggling works. Of course it isn't realistic - neither are her proportions. Otherwise her head would crush her shoulders.

I think it really depends on what Technocrat's trying to accomplish with this character. If it's comedy, jiggle away! If it's more serious, Tabata's edit works really well.

Jiggling or not, I think the ponytail looks a bit stiff and could move a tad smoother.

Caine's quite right, the jiggle is supposed to be exaggerated rather than realistic (if I could do so without making it look outright wrong, she would frankly be better endowed). I'm going for "comic oversexualisation", so the waterballoon look is appropriate I think - many thanks for making it look a bit more effective! She's the PC, so the way her feet move is intended for making the animation work with the walking speed.

So, here's another redo, with Caine's physics additions, and making the hair a bit less stiff and rigid. Also accentuated the hips a bit.

Still, when walking on really high heels, you don't put your feet on the ground heel first, but pretty much fllat because the high heel won't support you like in some army boots etc.. That's why they have to bring the hip a bit forward too. It kind of looks like she's marching down with a rifle on her shoulder.

She's not really wearing high heels. With the heels she is wearing even I could walk easily.

Right, I've been doing a bit more work on this upstanding young lady, and realised that her walk was a bit too...functional. After all, anyone can swing their arms. So, I decided to make her look a bit more "hooker" in her walk, with her hand-on-hip strut, and a bit of a makeover that a year of extra experience can give.

While I think the hand-on-hip in the walkcycle looks alright on the right-walking cycle, it doesn't seem to look quite right on the left-walking. A bit too much movement for the hand on the hip?

The length of the upper arm seems to change instead of the angle between upper and lower arm. I think that's teh main issue.

Looks like she's skating really. Those are heels, and she looks like she's standing on the heel part. Unless, of course I'm utterly mistaken.

The knees are almost not bent.
For me that looks a bit stiff and falls on particularly strong because the upper body is very mobile.

Apparently, properly walking with heels means putting down the heel first just like with all other shoes (except for stairs).

Heels first and walk like you're doing a driver's intoxication test and you too can walk like a pro;D
But yeah, I think this video is actually helpfull for animating.

Really like the art style.

The things that look odd to me are:

- The stride is way too fast. I'd slow it down a lot.
- Her legs aren't really bending at all, so it looks like she's sprained her leg and is limping.
- I'd exaggerate the heel to toe action alot more (watch that walking in heels video for reference, I'd say)

Overall the animation rocks, just the details (as always I'm sure!)
