I'm confused with this binary code thing for the teleporter. Which switches do I press to get 605?

On the first row of switches it's the first one and then the last three, and on the second row it's the second one and then the last.

Okay I'm confused at the radioactive part. I can't use the mouse or the keyboard to walk. How do I get across it?
