It did have its moments, but generally was just horrible!

I'm curious... have you actually seen it? If not, how'd you track it down?

Does the movie involve a guy coming back after a long time in jail to have another try at the bank robbery that landed him in jail in the first place? I think I recognise that street corner, but could be wrong. Can't remember the movie name anyway though.
