Hmm.. I haven't found sugar and bread yet!  I wonder how I missed those?

But it sounds like the next thing you need to do is go into the Realizer's office (next to Yahtzee store).

As well as speaking to the newspaper guy, make sure you go upstairs and pick up the objects in the room, and examine them from your inventory...

If you've already done that, then
have you been able to visit the book store yet?

Sugar
In the restaurant

Bread
box in the ally

Ok, found the stuff upstairs, didn't realise I could just walk into the white door area. However, no bookstore yet, I can' leave town.

Cat, did you
look at the wallet you found?
After that
find a door where the key fits

Thanks for checking out my game!

Any hint please...
Death is guarding the church, Mika is asleep on the floor. I miss the combo for the drawer.

Change the game please so I can throw the tomato!!!

You've come a long way without help!
Did you
read the card from Scids backoffice?

I hope I'm not annoying, but I'm really bad at puzzles  ::)

I have the orange straw and the sugar for the spell but I can't get the ants (need something for the rope but neither the sweets nor the sugar work) and I can't look in the drawer in the office. And the gardener refuses to talk to me

oh, btw
I did like the book search puzzle. Haven't seen such a puzzle before!

No problem, ask away.
For the ants:
put the sugar in the jar (from Yahtzee's)
then
use the jar on the watertap in the alley
then
use the rope on the jar. You now have sugar coated rope
then
put the rope on the wall near the ants nest. If you try to put the jar on the ground the game will give you another hint
Glad you liked that puzzle. :)

Yes
, drawers - spells - blinds. Could be a combo but I don't get it. 6 letters words for a 4 digit number?

For the lock on the drawer:
The clue on the card was written by Boyle, so you have to enter the number of drawers-spells-blinds in his office.
If the second clue is a problem:
look in the bottom drawer

Thanks, as she says easy. The undo spell was a bit tricky. Well done, liked that game.

Some major bug after opening the drawer.
I placed the thing into  the jar. I saw the death congregation outside. It was dark on the road. Doyle was back at the bar and drinking as long time before. I was able to get into the church, one death was on the bottom of the screen. The last thing from the jar was m -issing.
I replayed without using the thing from the drawer... well, used it later in church - everything went normal.

Cheers!

Hi TassieDevil, that is indeed a serious bug. I can't reproduce exactly what you are describing, but things do go weird if you
talk to Boyle after Mika is taken, instead of directly going to the church
Along with Cat's crash on the end credits this certainly needs a bugfix.

Thanks for your comments on the game page. I like to point out though that you can load a game from the very first screen (the RON-sign) so you don't have to watch the introduction again. Apparently this is not clear, so I'm thinking of mentioning that in a readme file.

No This is a different bug. Sort of takes me back to the first night. Just stepping out of the building; everything was dark (no mention of the time though) before doing anything else. No idea.
I was walking/talikng before for a while after getting the Boyle's key the second time ... :) :(

About restarting, the very very first screen I can't read - it flashes for a split second, the second - the RON sign doesn't allow this.

Never mind, great game!

There's now a walkthrough available at http://www.mediafire.com/?vpb0rbcy8ixgk96
I will include it in the download when I upload a new version later.
