hey guys i got a new computer windows 7 and i downloaded ags but as soon as i try to run a game any game my antivirus shows up and it says the game engine doesn't appear to have shut down properly what should i do?

You should probably get another antivirus program. Check out avast, it's free and works fine for me. You can even disable all messages by putting it into silent/gaming mode.

if a game runs really slow, it's actually ruined pretty fast for me...
