Amateur: Welcome to the pancakes! And yes, that is a TAE quote (my favourite one)! Glad you like it!
I see what you did there!
Here's another one- it takes a bit more time to prepare but is well worth the effort!

Pancake Volcano
====================
You need:
6 eggs
2 cups of flour
1/2 ltr of milk
mineral water
salt and pepper to taste
12 large slices of bacon
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of corn
1 large onion
3 tomatoes
2 peppers (pick your colour)
1 paket of dried figs
sugar to taste
honey to taste
ketchup to taste
soft, crumbly cheese
Mix eggs, flour, milk for pancake dough. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add a bit of mineral water.
Heat pan, but do NOT add oil. Fill in dough generously, wait until surface throws bubbles, then flip.
Make four large pancakes (they should be dark on both sides, and a bit stiff).
Dice onion, peppers and tomatoes, then cook them with beans and corn. Add ketchup to make a thick gravy. Add figs. Add sugar and honey.
Fry the bacon- should be crispy but not burned.
Put one pancake into a shallow bowl, spread gravy on it, add 4 slices of bacon, cover with pancake and repeat until you run out of stuff.
Crumble cheese over "volcano", press spoon into cheese, splash ketchup into hole, put into oven for ten minutes.
