Trying to get through the games quickly so that I can vote in time, only "The rebirth" left but I'm stuck:

I have the bust, the wire and obviously the cell phone. It seems like I should try and get the panel open but I can't find a way to do so. The standard tactic of using everything on everything doesn't seem to work, so I seem to be missing something.
