Resolution to support scaling on 1920x1080 monitor from 640x???

I was wondering if anyone has talked about this, I did not notice anything in search.

I work with pixel art at 640x360, because at x3 it scales perfectly on a 1920x1080 monitor.

I was wondering if a 640x360 resolution support might be possible in the future. I tried out ags, but in fullscreen mode, a 640x400 image scales only at x2 and it also blurs, because it stretches to match the monitor. In windowed mode, a x2 scale looks very nice for pixel art, but in some cases it would be nicer to play fullscreen so 640x360 instead of 640x400 would be better.

So what are the chances for this in the future. Is it too difficult to make this change in programming?
