8bit Opening Theme :D

A short little theme I made for an adventure game I had in mind, 8bit style. I am still not happy with the main melody and how the chords at the end suddenly change, but I guess for now it`s good enough to show it here.
Opinions and ideas on what could be improved would be super awesome.

Reminds me of Mega Man which is high praise since those games have some of the best music in the history of gaming. Should work fantastic as an opening theme.

Yeah, it has more of a platformer vibe than an adventure.
If that's what you're going for though, it sounds good to me.

Here is a longer, new version which has the main melody changed a little. I think it sounds a little better this way.

You are right, I think those fast drums make it feel more arcadey. I got a little carried away with those.
