I've been asked to work with a guy on a series of articles about getting into games development as a hobby.
The first part is me being interviewed.

On ByteXplosion.

I was talking to him about it, and he was a bit taken aback (as was his editor) by the fact that there are places out there like the AGS community that just do this for fun. Most regular gamers just don't know this area of gaming exists.

Future parts will be more about how to start off getting into the hobby.

@Baron: The mythology of the Wolf is more exciting than the reality. ;)

Never!  You are the improbable love child of Mary Poppins, James Bond, and that old guy who prefers to drink Dos Equis!  The hyper-accelerated reality of your mythology just sadly proved too mind-blowing for the poor journalist who wrote you up.  But maybe if you tone it down a bit, more of the good stuff will show through in the subsequent interviews. ;)

The interview was just us two taking turns mashing the buttons on his laptop and giggling like school girls. Perhaps we got a little carried away!
The main questions and answers are 100% serious and true though.

The next part has a humorous analogy, but from then on it's quite serious.

ByteXplosion is no more. So much for making contacts!
So no articles.
Maybe I'll dedicate a part of my website to the subject. One day.
