Screenshot problem still continues

The problem I had earlier with the screenshots on my two game entries in the database has not gone away, I'm afraid.  AGA very kindly helped me last time by saving the images as BMPs and re-uploading them.  When I looked at my entry for Haunted Castle just now (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/game/1820/) I found that one of the screenshots had reverted to a box with an X in it again.  I tried re-uploading the image as a BMP to see if that would help but it made no difference.  I have also tried PNGs before without success.  It seems that I am unable to upload screenshot successfully for some reason.  Could it be anything to do with where I store them on-line?  I have noticed that Box.com URLs all start with https// whereas the ones on the existing images start with http//.  Could that make a difference.  This is an area I know little about and I'm struggling to find a solution.  If anyone can help me work out how to upload images successfully and point our what I'm doing wrong I should be very grateful.

Yes, I would guess it has to do with box.com. Probably not the https as such, but it seems as though the stable links redirect to other URLs, and I would guess that this (particularly if they occasionally change which URL they redirect to) could mess up hotlinks.

I think Snarky is right.
You could try another place to store your pics. I use PhotoBucket and it suits my needs, but there are others like imgur or flirk (probably misspelled!)

Thank you Snarky and Cassiebsg.  It seems you were right.  I took your advice and set up an account with Photobucket, and when I replaced the failed image on my Haunted House game entry it worked!  There is another advantage, too.  About a year ago I tried to add an avatar to my profile but could not get an image to upload successfully.  As you can see, it worked with Photobucket.  I'm a happy bunny now! ;-D

Many thanks,
