I'm stuck in the elevator in "Ace Duswell: Where's the Ace?" Anyone know how to get out?

I'm stuck in elevator too.  Got the gloves on which kept game from ending right there, but can't figure out what to do next.  Please, just a hint.  Really enjoying this game - don't want to spoil it with a walkthru!

Hmmm it's been long ago, but I was stuck there too, I remembered I had asked Greg for it, and he said that there may be some glitch in the game that you can bump into a walking dead. So you probably to replay the game from scratch...

I remembered there's a walkthrough somewhere, but I can't find it now. :p
