DONE: New Video card

Hi,

i would like to update my video graphics as a separate entity.

at the moment video graphics is integrated into the motherboard.

the company SiS mirage that made the graphics is out of business.

I run win7 professional 32bit
Intel Pentium CPU 2.80 GHz
Ram 2 GB
SP 1

Windows experience: 3D business and gaming graphics performance= 1.0

can anyone give me the best options / advice about a new video card (besides chucking pc out ..)

low price that is compatible.

If you don't have any desire to play the latest and graphics-intensive video games at high resolutions, then I'd recommend you to go with Radeon HD 5450. Best bang for your buck.

I personally use this one (GeForce 210), though.

You'll be surprised how many fairly-recent games these Graphic Cards can actually play, provided that you're not put off by playing at 1024 x 768 @ Low Settings! These cards can play HD videos as well.

PS: This is, of course, written with the assumption that you've got a PCI-e slot on your motherboard.

You'll be surprised how many fairly-recent games these Graphic Cards can actually play, provided that you're not put off by playing at 1024 x 768 @ Low Settings! These cards can play HD videos as well.

I recently finished playing GTA V, having NVidia GTX 465 and running in 1280x720 with low settings. I had to get used to this at first, but then I stop bothering, because otherwise the game ran great.
