Randomly Walking In Place

Hi, I've got characters that randomly animate their walk cycle after standing around for a while.  What might be causing this?  Thanks.

Did you set up idle view with the walk cycle's view? check the numbers.. maybe that's it.
Otherwise, I can't think of another obvious reason (for a beginner like me anyway )...

Also check the view set for the character's blink animation.
