Stuck at the very first part, probably missing something really simple. Not sure how to use inventory items!

I got really stuck at the start of the game too until I realized:

You can actually enter the other bathroom...I didn't find the entry point for so long. It's kinda small.

Also about using inventory items, you just get close to where you want to use it and if it's possible to use and it'll sorta do it automatically...

Ahhhh...maybe you thought:

That you're stuck in the original bathroom/toilet to help the bleeding dude? If the go left you can exit, but I remember that being a little tricky as I also thought the same thing at first
