Hi! I've spent all day yesterday trying to fix this up walk-cycle but I seemed to make it worst instead. If anyone can give me some insight, it would be great.

This is how it looks in game:

Watching someone from behind IS boring (except that person has a beautiful behind...), you just don't see the arms swinging so much, rather some subtle changes. Also the hair would be moving and a headbounce on one step, either left or right foot looks also interesting.
But don't throw this away completely, if you ever decide to add running to the game you have the arm movement right already, but there the hair needs even more bounce.

Thanks, Selmiak, I'll try making the arm movements more subtle. I haven't touched her hair yet, I'll do that next. :-D

Also I am missing an up/down movement of at least the head and maybe shoulders to. The left step seems to be missing a frame too. left arm swing in 3 frames, right arm in 2 frames for me. And maybe the dress swing too much considering a normal step.

That's gorgeous cloth rendering BTW

The video shows front view as well, I think both views need less arm swing movement. The hands don't usually cover the front or the back of the body when walking. You could indicate movement with other elements. You have expressed movement very well in the dress. Now imagine how the air would lift the hair. This can actually improve your animation IMO that arm movement would be an option.
