the leg movement doesn't fit the movement of the body (relative to the floor) this looks weird.

Hey! It is the standard ant movement, which is two pairs of three legs in phase. I just added more parts

It would have been nice to see the body bend in sections of two or three body parts. Or perhaps just have the front half bend when it climbs, leaving the other section of the body on the floor. It looks a bit strange that the body doesn't bend at all.

I agree. Add some body bending and I think it will look a lot better!

I know it's supposed to be more of an ant, but I think you could benefit from making it move more like a centipede:

Look how it kind of grabs the ground it walks on, makes the creepy crawly that much creepier!

Centipedes are scarier, and due to the ant itself being not that scary i added more bits. That said, by the end it probably will be an ant-human hybrid, a bit like a centaur creature
