Did the wife made a note or leave some other evidence on the wood?

Solution: The wife made a note or left some other evidence on the wood, that could be incriminating for the husband, has then been killed and while the husband buried her in the woods the shed owner lumbered the wood and put it into his shed. Then the husband went to the shed and set it on fire to destroy the last evidence.
