Alright, I'm working on a song at the moment, where the aim is to make it a bit tween-peaky.

This is the first version of it:

And this is the second version of it:

I'm a bit stuck deciding which is better atm. Will also gladly accept any other feedback regardless of the choice of preference.
Worked on Strangeland, Primordia, Hob's Barrow, The Cat Lady, Mage's Initiation, Until I Have You, Downfall, Hunie Pop, and every game in the Wadjet Eye Games catalogue (porting)

The second one appears smoother to me. The instruments volume seems better balanced.
Being an amateur of Badalamenti's music, I'd say the bass could have more reverb... it seems too dry for me to evoke Twin Peaks's atmosphere...
Otherwise I find it really well done!
My first game : I Want Out!

The first one transports the calm but moody atmopshere better whereas the first half of the second one is closer to the original. The track with this synthie sound is a bit to loud in the second one though and thus it distracts a lot from the groovy bass guitar track. After 1.30 I get a serious "stranger things" vibe ;) If that was intended: Well done. :)
