Tales [PC] Crash

Just after clicking on the King Arthur book the game crashes with   

An internal error has occurred. Please note down the following information.
If the problem persists, post the details on the AGS Technical Forum.
(ACI version 3.3.0.1164)

Error: Unable to create local script: Runtime error: unresolved import 'wizardach'


{steam version running on windows 8.1 with admin rights and compat for xpsp3]



Hopefully I've posted this in the correct section, apologies in advance if I've gotten that wrong.

I did see an announcement for this game in this forum and i think the author of the game was posting there but was unsure whether to post there.

It's Ok now the game has just had an update on steam to fix this issue
