Player only gets a purple Screen.

 I recently posted a game i made to my web site and my friend downloaded it to play but he only gets a purple screen and can here the background music, so far it's worked on 3 computers but not his. what could be the problem?

Tell him to try:

1) Run Setup and run it in a window instead of full-screen (or vice-versa)

2) Change his desktop colour depth. In the Display control panel, make sure the desktop is set to 32-bit colour.
