Clicking outside an Inventory Window

I'm making my own inventory window right now, and it's looking pretty good, but when I test it, I see that I am able to click outside of the window and also have my Iconbar at the top appear when my mouse goes to the top of the screen. I just wanted to know if it was possible to disable those sorts of interactions when my Inventory is open. Thanks!

I noticed that you can't press on another gui if the gui is set on script only but you can if it's set on alwais on.
