Yes, that does look like it would work fine... a suggestion if you think it is needed:

Perhaps some dark sunglasses, or a nightstick in his hand? I guess that'd make him look like a policeman but... it might not.

Nah, no sunglasses... he's supposed to be a security guard - which means guarding at night (in most games) which means, you can see squat with sunglasses at night

No, he looks just fine... but I'd remove the 2 brown pixels on his black belt. they shouldn't be there. and maybe the shirt middle line should be 1 pixeld thick
