Is this on perpose? or is it just b/c nobody wanted one?

Yea right. u brits dont even rule australia properly, the Governer General (representitive for the queen) just quit under huge public pressure because of rape alergations.

BTW: Australia's AGS site aint up and running yet, so u aint alone.
