Help with JAPNCA

When I was Andrew, how was I soposed to give the extension cord back?  Can i still give it back to Alistar.  When I am Alistar how do I get the cleaning solution of of mom and where do I find the batteries for the light???  One more question, I tried to use the pocket knif to cut the phone cord but it wouldn't let me.  What should I do?  Sorry about all the questions, but thanks for your help
