Help drawing in 16 bit ... PLEASE HELP

You know what it may sound stupid but im guna keep my drawings simple from now on, no more 1 pixle lines  too close together. then i wont have the problem simple huh. thanks for all your help.  

plus i would rather have a game in the style of Permanant Daylight (best AGS gsme ever) than err say I.G fate of atlantis.
