Real weird idea-no this shouldn't be in the critic's lounge

My idea is - has anyone made a game about themselves? I DON'T want to make one about me but I'm wondering about them all egocentric people out there.

I suppose many of us use our experiences and feeling for designing characters... I was thinking on doing a game about me, but my life is so boring...

So now my idea is making a game about Mittens, with many of the famous AGSers...

I know a couple of games that have been about a friend of the creator, but never about the creator himself...

Considering that most game-creators spend most of their time creating games, learning how to make games or playing other games, it would be a rather thin plot anyway

*ahem* I claim it, TGC, in games in production features me and some friends. But I also change some of teh stuff in real life to spice up teh game.

I mean, why not? everybody knows that a lot of people's creative inspriation comes from withen, and a lot of everyday stuff in life is also adventure game-ish. IO dont see what teh problem is.

A game featuring many AGS'ers would be worth a shot. They did this sort of thing when I was in the MegaZeux community. It's called a "Cameo Game."

The main characters were always fictional but there were plenty of famous faces about. And we have to have the reanimated corpse of Elvis Presley in there too for entertainment value.

I'm doing that with the animated in-engine TV show, AGTV...(no, it's not dead, it should be ready within a week)
The host looks like me, and people who helped are in there... Raggit, who made the music is in there as the chat show's music guy and quickstrike as a random audience member...and the people interviewed actually exist.,,

I came up with an idea for an adventure game about me trying to come up with an idea for an adventure game.

Remember the movie 'Adaptation' with Nicolas Cage -- like that.

Maybe I'll write it after I finish Dark Hero.

My first game featured my alter ego of the time, evil dr Aki, but I was the villain and the hero was Henkka, AKA agent 003. The game was based on a 15 paged comic which I made, which featured only my friends. It had an explosive popularity, that was the main reason I wanted to make a game out of it. It has also a sequel almost fully planned, but despite of what anyone says, I dislike my drawing and thus have quit drawing. I still write many things, scripts for movies and comics, sometimes for even games, but mostly songs...
:$ God, I'm just babbling! Back to the original subject.
And what comes on using myself or my friends in games, those games have always been the most popular. Shit, I don't like that. I'm quitting.

Oh well, maybe not yet.

I'm the main character in my game, aptly named 'Duzz Quest: an egotistic adventure'  the characters are all friends of mine, and all the artwork is taken with a digital camera.  
I've been doing this project since I started with ags ~october last year.  I only work on it when I feel inspired to do so however, so it's been slow going.  It's almost done, and it's reasonably long... expect it some time in the future...
