Where can i find icones not to use normal AGS icon?

You can make your own, in an icon editing program. have to be 16 colours, 32x32.

Then put them in your game folder called USER.ICO

Not sure of one place but if you want pre made icons there are probably sites for them, try searching google.

If you want to change the icon for the setup program put SETUP.ICO in the game directory.

And how about changing template picture for a game? is it able? Or will i have to have that cup when i will finish my game?

from the manual:

"If you include a template.ico file in your game folder when you make the template, then it will be used as the icon in the Start New Game dialog box. Otherwise, the icon will be taken from user.ico (if present), or if not it will get the default AGS icon."
