bool Character.ScaleMoveSpeed
Gets/sets whether the character's movement speed is adjusted in line with his
current scaling level. This allows you to modify the "Adjust speed with scaling" option
from the editor.
If you set this to true, the character's movement speed will be adjusted so that he walks
at a speed relative to his current scaling level. If you set this to false, the character
will always just move at his normal speed.
Example:
cEgo.ScaleMoveSpeed = true;
will mean that EGO's speed is adjusted in line with his scaling
