Public Opinion
About this game
Poor Norbi! After struggling to get a new fuse for his broken amplifier, he thought he could play his instrument in peace. However the fuse turned out to be the wrong one, and it electrocuted Norbi. He was only saved by rapid medical assistance...
This episode takes place right after our first game, where Norbi got into a hospital because of an electric shock. He has to escape from there.
AGS Panel Review
"A solid, if unspectacular, continuation of the Norbi series of games. Visually clean, although some graphic styles clash in a couple of minor instances, and the music has a suitably laid back quality. English translation is largely passable, if a little sterile. Puzzles vary in logic and quality, but serve the story well enough."

I hope we get to see what happens to Norbi after this. The poor guy can't seem to catch a break!
